We want you to know exactly what you're signing up for. No surprises.
What you get
Every Heartfield order includes your first delivery plus a refill every 28 days. This works the same for Heartfield Nattokinase (bottles) and Heartfield R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (pouches).
- Your first order is the package you choose at checkout: Buy 1, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, or Buy 3 Get 2 Free.
- Your refill: the bottles or pouches you paid for, sent again every 28 days at the same price you paid, starting 28 days after your first order. Buy 1 gets 1, Buy 2 Get 1 Free gets 2, Buy 3 Get 2 Free gets 3.
- Free bottles, free pouches and free eBooks are a one-time welcome gift with your first order. They are not part of your refill.
- When it ships: each refill ships about 2 days after it is charged, because we order it fresh from our manufacturer. So your first refill ships about 30 days after your first order.
- Shipping is always free, on your first order and on every refill.
What you pay for each refill
Each refill is charged to the card you used at checkout. It is the same price you paid for your package:

Your refill keeps going until you cancel. There are no hidden fees and no cancellation fees.
Subscribed before this update (November 1, 2026)? Nothing changes for you: your refill stays 1 bottle or pouch every 28 days at $39.99 (US), £39.99 (UK), C$59.99 (Canada) or A$67.99 (Australia), as shown in your order confirmation.
We remind you before every charge
We email you 3 days before each refill is charged. That email shows the date, the amount and a button to manage your subscription.
Managing your subscription
You're always in control. In your account you can:
- Skip your next refill.
- Delay your next refill by 14 or 28 days.
- Change your delivery address or payment card.
- Cancel your subscription.
How to get there:
- Go to tryheartfield.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer, or click "Manage subscription" in any of our emails.
- Enter your email address. We send you a login code.
- Open your subscription and choose what you want to change.
You can also email support@try-heartfield.com with the email you ordered with, and we'll take care of it within 1 business day.
Changes and cancellations made at least 24 hours before your next refill date apply to that refill.
Refunds on refills
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers your first order (see our Refund Policy). Refills are not refundable, so please make any changes at least 24 hours before your refill date. If a refill arrives damaged, wrong or missing, we replace it for free.
Price changes
If the refill price ever changes, we email you at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a refill payment fails, we try again and email you. If it keeps failing, your subscription stops until you update your card.
